Who would have thought that a simple canteen would look this good. I went on a Wednesday for breakfast after a very looooong weekend for me, given I’ve been so sick (of asthma!). It occurred to me that I need to have a chow first before I have an intake of my antitussive. The food is only lagat na ampalaya and I had them fry me fish to go with it. It was well, tasted the usual “lutong bahay”. I liked the character of the place and I really find it better than the first Giada’s. It triggers as a homey habitat, wherein you could just loosen up and have a sip of brew, at a lesser cost. In our lingo speak, mas mura pin keni. In translation, way cheaper. Actually, it could give any Starbucks in the U. S. a run for the interior.;) I’ve only been there once. But I know I will make my return. As it becomes now one of my hideouts. Bow.
