Baked Ideas and Delights

Yas & Sheila
As it happens, where it happens. Where I go. It is clear that when I write about something in my blog, it is sure to be a hit, and the next talk-of-the-town. Ya right tweeples, that’s just me hallucinating, ha-ha. At least to my very discerning friends, it is certain, it matters. Am not fond of sweets. Only when I have urges, the pms-type of urges, I dutifully burrow in. It was just a plain Friday p. m. when one of my dazzling gal pals christened Yasmin together with batchmate Sheila extended an invite to see this place along Apo Road near our place at L & S Subdivision in Angeles City (exact addy, upon consulting the bus card is 855-b apo road, L & S Subdivision, Angeles City, Philippines; Contact Nos. +6345-8894255/09159888825; e-mail: jason_cp24@yahoo.com). You know, I’ve already been there once, with Kimilicious Kim, when she went to get her cake.;D Anyway, as I am feeling my yearnings already at that time, I deliberately chose a Chocolate Decadence a piece partnered with brewed coffee. But it looked, I call it our exceptionally providential day, we were doled out sample slices of the other specialties of the house – the frozen brazo, the hummingbird, the sugar free carrot walnut, the frozen choco bannatella, and the chocolate decadence cake sundae. Let’s just say, we finished every thing dispensed us. Yummy is such an understated term to describe all the goodies, and more. I kinda like the way the Chef introduces his gift to the market. It is somehow in congruence with other pastry chef bakers’ style (such as that of Manila) in adopting non-customary approaches to market its foodstuffs (as I used to order my cakes at a house in Bel-Air Makati) – that is by word-of-mouth and utilizing their home kitchens as their cum office headquarters. It is to me since time implicit, the most workable and effective means of selling, which is extremely unpretentious in its terms.

For now, all I can say is, the visit has been completely overwhelming. A Must-Try-It for your own sake.;D
